小鼠酚红排泌实验影响因素的考察

Study on the influence factors of phenolsulfonphthalein excretion in mice

目的:对小鼠酚红排泌实验的主要影响因素进行考察,提高小鼠酚红排泌实验的规范性。方法:通过对动物的品系、体质量、实验前禁食与否、处死时间、酚红浓度等可能影响酚红排泌实验的因素逐一进行考察。结果:动物的品系、体质量、处死时间对该实验有影响,实验前禁食与否、酚红浓度对该实验无影响。结论:通过控制实验影响因素能完善小鼠酚红排泌实验方法。

Objective：To study the main influence factors of phenolsulfonphthalein excretion in mice to improve the standardization and reproducibility of the model mice. Methods：Factors that may affect the phenolsulfonphtbalein excretion such as the breeds of mouse,body weight,fasting before experiment or not,the time of killing the mouse and pbenolsulfonphthalein concentration were invested. Results：The breeds of mouse,the weight of mouse and the time of killing mouse have effects on the experiment while fasting before the experiment or not and phenolsulfonphthalein concentration have no effect. Conclusion ： Phenolsulfonphthalein excretion experiment method in mice can be improved by controlling the experimental factors.
