金沙江上游叶巴滩水电站经济性研究

Study on Economical Efficiency of Yebatan Hydropower Project at Upstream of Jinsha River

叶巴滩水电站是金沙江上游川藏河段规划的装机容量最大的水电站,是"十三五"重点建设工程。针对工程地处藏区,存在投资较大、经济性较差的问题,通过研究分析相关现行的金融财税政策,提出应积极争取相应优惠政策的措施,可一定程度上提高项目的市场竞争力。

Yebatan Hydropower Project, which is planned at Sichuan-Tibet section of the upstream of the Jinsha River, is the largest one in the installed capacity. It is the key project in the 13th five-year plan. As the project is located in Tibetan area, with high investment and lower economical efficiency, measures to actively strive for corresponding favorite policies are proposed through analysis on financial and tax policies currently applied. These measures may improve, to some extent, the project competitiveness in market.
