厚层饱水软弱致密岩体化学灌浆技术

摘要 软弱致密岩体力学强度低、结构密实、孔隙微细、渗透性小、化学灌浆加固处理浆液渗流机理复杂。文章结合某水电站大坝左岸挤压带厚层软弱致密岩体化学灌浆试验研究成果,针对软弱致密岩体存在的低渗非达西渗流特性,对常规的化学灌浆"浸润"机理有限性和影响软弱致密岩体化学灌浆渗流特性的主要工艺因素分别进行了分析与研究。 The soft and compact rock mass is with low mechanic strength, compact structure, low permeability and complicated seepage mechanism of the grout seepage when the chemical grouting is applied to reinforce. With reference to the study on the chemical grouting tests of the thick soft and compact rockmass in extrusion zone on left bank of one hydropower project, in the paper and aiming at the non -Darcy seepage features of low seepage in the soft and compact roekmass, limitation of the invasive mechanism of the conventional chemi- cal grouting and the principal technical factors impacting the seepage features of the chemical grouting to the soft and compact rock mass are analyzed and studied respectively.
