摘要 块石架空地层防渗是碴体围堰施工的难点,传统的、单一的防渗技术难以满足工程要求。文章以锦屏一级水电站二期围堰防渗工程实践为例,提出一种以快速钻孔技术、悬挂式防渗、石粉与水泥的混合浆液及静压控制注浆为主要技术的综合灌浆技术,有效解决了碴体围堰防渗难题。为块石架空地层、河流漂石等复杂地层围堰防渗施工提供了一种有效、经济的施工技术。 The difficulty in the debris cofferdam construction is the impermeability of the rock-suspended stratum. The conventional and simple impermeable technology cannot satisfy engineering requirements. With the impermeable engineering practice of Stage 2 cofferdam of Jinping 1 Hydropower Project, an integrated grouting technology featuring fast hole making, suspended impermeability, grout from cement and stone powder mixed, grouting controlled by static pressure, etc is proposed. This technology effectively handles the impermeable issues of the debris cofferdam. It provides the impermeable construction of cofferdams built on the complicated stratum such as the rock-suspended stratum, boulder, ere with one effective and cost reduced technology.
