摘要
灌浆和压水试验中水压式栓塞较其他类型栓塞安全、可靠、经济,且适合高压灌浆和压水试验,但栓塞胶囊孔内彻底排水卸压问题未能很好解决,是制约水压式栓塞进一步推广应用的瓶颈。中水东北公司新近发明的YKS-A型高压深孔水压式灌浆(压水)栓塞巧妙地利用压差平衡原理,方便可靠地实现了栓塞胶囊在孔内重复充塞和彻底排水卸压动作,成功地突破了制约水压式栓塞进一步发展这一技术难题的瓶颈。
The water-pressure type plug, compared with other plugs, in grouting and pressure water tests is safe, reliable and low cost as well as applicable to high-pressure grouting and pressure water tests. But the discharging to unloading of the plug in the capsule is not as expected. This is the bottleneck for the water-pressure plug to be developed widely. Recently, Northeast Investigation, Design and Re- search Institute Co. , Ltd. has invented the YKS-A grouting (pressure water) plug of hydraulic pressure type for high pressure and deep hole. It elegantly utilizes the principle of the pressure difference balance and conveniently and reliably realizes to have the plug capsule repeatedly filled and completely discharged and unloaded in hole. This successfully removes the restriction of the development of the water pressure plug technically.
