摘要 文章从南方电网公司物资管理难点出发,针对电力物资种类复杂、规格多、数量巨大、全过程缺少直观监控等问题,采用了建立基于J2EE统一监控平台的方法,将电力物资全过程进行了统一管理,为物资供应过程提供了可视化监控、分析和处理的方法。通过深圳局物资管理实践对平台进行了验证。实践证明,物资供应监控平台,强化了物资管理工作的协调性,提高了物资供应的及时性、准确性、填补了信息系统与业务执行之间的空白,对南方电网各级物资供应管理水平提供有力的支撑。 This paper analysis the following problems. China Southern Power Grid Company material management difficulties of for power supplies are complex, multi specification, a huge number, whole process lack of intuitive control problem, then established method based on J2EE unified monitoring platform, power supplies, and the whole process of the unified management of the material supply process . It provides a visual monitoring, analysis and processing methods. Shenzhen Bureau of material management practices on the platform to verify. This practice has proved that the material supply monitoring platform, to strengthen the coordination of the work of material management and improve the supplies of timeliness, accuracy, flu the gap between the information system and the business execution, provide a strong support for the China Southern Power Grid at all levels of the supply management level.
