摘要
针对目前特殊清管器跟踪定位技术中存在的共性问题,解决精确的监测清管器在管线内卡堵位置。经过深入的理论研究和测试,利用现有通信网络技术和场站设备,对其发射装置电路设计、频率选择、如何减小功耗以及定位系统实现的功能模块做出了研究。从而提出了特殊清管器智能跟踪定位系统的总体方案,研制了具有调节参数能力的智能低频发射器,开发了具备数据远传功能的智能接收仪,进一步解决特殊清管作业风险及成本,创造更大的经济效益。
This paper is about solving the problem of precisely supervising the block position in the pipeline of the pig, in terms of the presently common problems of special pig in tracking and locating technology. By using present communication Internet technique and field devices,it has made a research for its transmitting devices" circuit design,frequency choosing,how to reduce energy and locating system's functional achieving modules via far-reaching theoretical study and test. Therefore ,this paper has put forward a comprehensive plan about special pig with intelligently tracking and locating system. The plan develops smart low frequency transmitter equipped with the ability to adjust parameters and intelligent receiver with the function of transmitting data for long distance. It further reduces the risks and costs of special pig work for creating a better economic efficiency.
