高强低伸型涤纶工业丝的制备及力学性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 通过高倍拉伸、低温紧张热定型的工艺路线制备了高强低伸型涤纶工业丝,研究了其力学性能。结果表明:选择纺丝温度295℃,喷丝头拉伸比54.5,总拉伸倍数6.14,热定型温度180℃,卷绕速度2 700m/min,制备的高强低伸型涤纶工业丝断裂强度为8.55 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为12.7%,达到了GB/T16604—2008的超高强涤纶工业丝优等品质量要求;高强低伸型涤纶工业丝蠕变断裂时间与载荷呈现负相关关系,随着载荷的增加,蠕变断裂时间缩短;当载荷为断裂强度的30%~89%时,断裂时间和加载频率呈指数关系,当加载频率低至0.01 Hz时,断裂时间达到385.69 h。 A high-strength low-elongation polyester industrial yam was prepared by high-ratio drawing and low-temperature heat setting under tension. The mechanical properties of the yarn were studied. The results showed that the high-strength low-elonga- tion polyester industrial yarn could be produced with the breaking strength of 8.55 cN/dtex and elongation at break 12.7%, sat- isfying the top-quality standard requirement of ultrahigh-strength polyester industrial yam according to GB/T 16604 -2008, under the conditions as followed : spinning temperature 295 ℃, spinneret draft ratio 54.5, total draw ratio 6.14, heat setting tempera- ture 180 ℃, winding speed 2 700 m/min; the creep fracture time showed a negative relation with the load of the high-strength low-elongation polyester industrial yarn; the creep fracture time was shortened with the increase of load; the fracture time showed an exponential relation with the load frequency as the load was 30% - 89% of the breaking strength; and the fracture time reached 385.69 h when the load frequency was as low as 0.01 Hz.
