喷丝头拉伸对聚甲醛纤维结构与性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用自主开发的聚甲醛(POM)熔融纺丝设备,在其他纺丝工艺不变的条件下,改变喷丝头拉伸倍数,制备POM纤维;研究了喷丝头拉伸倍数对POM初生纤维的取向度、后拉伸性能以及POM纤维力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着喷丝头拉伸倍数的增大,POM初生纤维的取向度呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而初生纤维的直径呈逐渐减小的趋势;喷丝头拉伸倍数为90时,整体工艺状况最佳,POM初生纤维的最大拉伸倍数达7.1,制备的POM纤维断裂强度为6.35 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为13.5%。 A polyoxymethylene (POM) fiber was prepared on a self-developed POM melt spinning plant at different spinneret draft ratio under other fixed spinning conditions. The effect of the spinneret draft ratio on the degree of orientation and after-draw- ing performance of as-spun POM fiber and mechanical properties of POM fiber was studied. The results showed that the degree of orientation of the as-spun POM fiber exhibited an upward and then downward tendency and the diameter was gradually decreased while increasing the spinneret draft ratio ; the spinning situation was optimized, the draft ratio of the as-spun POM fiber was maxi- mized as 7.1, and the produced POM fiber had the breaking strength of 6.35 cN/dtex and the elongation at break of 13.5% as the spinneret draft ratio was 90.
