经胸超声心动图与多层螺旋CT联合检查诊断主动脉夹层的价值

Value of Thoracic Echocardiography with Multislice CT Examination in the Diagnosis of Aortic Dissection

目的探讨经胸超声心动图与多层螺旋CT联合检查对主动脉夹层的诊断价值,提高早期主动脉夹层的诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析31例经手术证实的主动脉夹层的经胸超声心动图与多层螺旋CT的诊断结果。结果经胸超声心动图对主动脉夹层的诊断准确率为77%(24/31),多层螺旋CT对主动脉夹层的诊断准确率为93%(29/31);二者联合应用诊断主动脉夹层的准确率为100%(31/31)。结论经胸超声心动图和多层螺旋CT二者联合能进一步提高主动脉夹层的诊断准确率。

Objective To explore the thoracic echocardiography with multislice CT value to the diagnosis of aortic dissection, and improve the diagnostic accuracy of early aortic dissection. Methods A retrospective analysis of 31 cases confirmed by surgery of aortic dissection of thoracic echocaidiography with MDCT diagnosis. Results The accuracy rate of thoracic echocardiography in diagnosis of aortic dissection was 77% （24/31 ）, multislice CT diagnostic accuracy was 93% （29/31 ）; the combined use of the accuracy in diagnosis of aortic dissection was 100%（31/31 ）. Conclusion Thoracic echocardiography and MDCT can further improve the diagnosis accuracy of aortic dissection.
