摘要
采用机械共混法在BR/NR胎面胶中加入碳纳米材料石墨烯和增强填料聚酯短纤维,研究了石墨烯/短纤维对胎面胶门尼粘度、流变性能、力学性能及动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着石墨烯/短纤维用量的增加,混炼胶的门尼粘度提高,体系中的填料网络结构增多,加入石墨烯/短纤维对BR/NR硫化胶的力学性能产生了一定的影响。通过DMA测试可知,加入石墨烯/短纤维降低了滚动阻力,同时又赋予了BR/NR胎面胶抗静电特性。
The graphene material and reinforcing filler of polyester staple fiber were added in the tread compound of BR/NR by the mechanical mixing method.The influence of graphene/short fibers on the tread rubber compound Mooney viscosity,rheological properties,mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties was studied.The results showed that,with the increase of graphene/short fiber dosage,Mooney viscosity of the compound was increased,filler grid structure in the system increased.DMA test showed that the graphene/short fiber could reduce rolling resistance.At the same time,the high conductivity of graphene also gived antistatic property of BR/NR tread compound.
