摘要
以甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为基体,羟基硅油为结构化控制剂,硬脂酸锌为脱模剂,气相法白炭黑和云母粉为成瓷填料,低熔点玻璃粉为助熔剂,利用低温共瓷技术,制备了高温可瓷化硅橡胶复合材料。研究了云母粉用量对陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶的硬度、力学性能和成瓷性能的影响。结果表明,随着云母粉用量的增加,硅橡胶的硬度不断增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率逐渐减小,弯曲强度增大到一定值后基本保持不变。
Silicone rubber-based ceramizable composites were prepared using methyl vinyl silicone rubber as matrix,hydroxyl silicone oil as structurized control agent,zinc stearate as release agent,fumed silica and mica powder as ceramics filler.In order to improve low temperature ceramification at elevated temperatures and improve the ceramic strength,the low-temperature ceramic eutectic was used,low melting-point glass powder was added into silicone-based composites.The effect of mica powder additive amount on fire-resisting ceramic silicone rubber hardness,mechanical property and ceramic property were studied.The results showed that with the addition of mica powder,hardness increased,tensile strength and elongation at break decreased,and flexural strength of ceramics increased until a certain value.
