摘要
分析了互联网、网络电视、卫星和地面数字电视以及广电网络、终端和内容等有线电视用户流失的客观、主观原因,并有针对性地从融合项目布局、产品设计、内容建设、终端成本控制、业务宣传和其他业务发展等方面对用户流失的思路进行了探讨。
This paper analyzes the objective and subjective reasons of the loss of cable TV users,from the aspects of internet,network TV,satellite and terrestrial digital TV,radio and television network,terminal and content,etc. It also discusses the countermeasures of user loss from several targeted perspectives,including the layout of integrated project,product design,content development,terminal cost control,business promotion and other fields of business development.
