摘要
通过设计计算、对比分析、工艺复装、工艺试验等方法对棘爪扁簧使用中断裂故障进行了分析,并针对性地从设计、工艺两方面进行了改进,经鉴定与试车验证,措施有效,为航空发动机同类零件的研究提供了经验。
The fracture problems of pawl flat spring by design calculation, contrast analysis, process assembly and process test were analyzed. The pawl flat spring improved is proved to be effective by cutting review and trial running test. It supplies the experience for the similar part of aero-engine.
