摘要
近年来,牛支原体对世界养牛业尤其是肉牛、奶牛养殖业的威胁日渐严重,在如何控制牛支原体的传播和降低经济损失中,快速准确诊断牛支原体病备受关注。随着研究的深入,针对牛支原体的诊断技术不断被开发。本文从兽医流行病学、临床病理学、细菌学、免疫学、分子生物学等方面综述了牛支原体病的诊断技术,以期能够为该病的早期治疗和防控提供依据。
In recent years, Mycoplasma bovis(M.bovis) associated disease is continuously a great threat to beef and dairy cattle industry in the world. The rapid and accurate diagnostic techniques have been paid much attention in the control of this disease and minimize economic losses. With research making progress on Mycoplasma bovis detection, novel techniques are increasingly developed. In this study, based on the epidemiology, clinical symptons, bacteriology, immunology and molecular biology methods, we summarizes the diagnosis technology of M. bovis infectionn order to provide a reference to treatment and control of M.bovis associated diseases.
