摘要 以四氯化钛和三异丁基铝在低温下预制催化剂,催化合成了顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯.本文研究了催化剂配比对单体转化率及催化效率的影响,采用红外表征、核磁表征、DSC测定和TG表征对自制聚异戊二烯与茂名鲁华化工有限公司生产的钕系稀土异戊橡胶样品进行对比,自制钛系聚异戊二烯的顺势含量还是低于茂名鲁华生产的稀土异戊橡胶,但是玻璃化转变温度和热稳定性相似. The preparation of thecis-1,4-polyisoprene with low-temperature prefabricated catalysts of triisobutyl aluminium and Titanium tetrachloride was studied. The effect of Al/Ti molar ratio on iso- prene conversion and catalytic efficiency has been mainly investigated. By the measurement method of FTIR spectra, 1H NMR spectra, DSC spectra and TG spectra, homemade polyisoprene and the isoprene rubber production composited with neodymium rare earth of Maoming LuHua chemical co. , LTD. were compared. In the study, the cis-1,4 homeopathic content of homemade poly isoprene is lower than that of Maoming LuHua chemical co. , LTD. , but the glass transition temperature and thermal stabilityyare similar.
