摘要
介绍了加压硝铵工艺中,硝铵溶液的蒸发浓缩和氨氮污水的产生过程,针对反应热蒸汽不能完全回收利用,补充新鲜蒸汽冷凝为氨氮废水的问题,云南解化清洁能源开发有限公司主持开发了降膜式一体化两段初蒸发器,并应用到加压硝铵生产工艺中,可从源头实现清污分离,获得了较好的节能减排效果,每年节约低压蒸汽5万t,减排氨氮污水6.4×104m^3。
In the typical pressurization process of ammonium nitrate,the ammonium nitrate solution evaporation concentration and ammonia nitrogen wastewater production process was introduced. For the problem that a part of the reaction heat steam and fresh steam were mixed,that was condensed into ammonia nitrogen wastewater,the falling-film integrated two-stage evaporator was developed and applied in the ammonium nitrate pressurization process of Yunnan Jiehua Clean Energy Development Co.,Ltd. It could achieve the clean and waste stream separation from the beginning,with good energy saving and emission reduction effect. As a result,50 kt/a LP steam was saved and 6.4×104m3/a ammonia nitrogen wastewater was decreased.
