摘要
在现有加工30 mm^80 mm块煤的内热式直立炭化炉的基础上,介绍了一种小粒煤内热式直立炭化炉改造方案,对现有炭化炉炉膛内部结构进行改造,主要包括:将炭化室宽度进行改进,改为顶部变窄,自上而下呈倒阶梯型,火道由原来2层改为1层,火道宽度变窄,并在炉内部增加集气罩,增设耐高温耐磨测温设备等。改造基本保留原直立炉外形,内部隔墙部分保留原设计尺寸,以满足原结构设计及部分工艺要求。采用该方案的改造正在实施中,改造后有望将现有直立炉的煤炭加工粒度降低到10 mm^30 mm,提高原料的适用性,降低原料成本。
Based on the current vertical internally heated retort furnace processing lump coal between 30 mm-80 mm,the renovation of the internal structure for small grained coal vertical internally heated retort furnace was introduced. The top would be narrower than before,like an inverted ladder. The flame path was also narrower,and changed from two layers to one.Besides,gas-collecting hood and heat resistant and wear resistant temperature measuring equipment were also added. The shape of vertical retort furnace remained almost the same as before,while the internal partition kept the existing design dimension so as to meet the existing structure design and partial process requirements. The renovation was being carried out.After the implementation of the project,it was expected that processed coal particle size would be reduced to 10 mm-30 mm,which would greatly improve the applicability of raw material and reduce material cost.
