气化装置黑水管道磨蚀问题的数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 粉煤气化装置中,黑水中的固体颗粒对管道磨蚀非常严重,影响装置的安全平稳运行。针对黑水管道磨蚀失效问题,以三通结构为研究对象,采用FLUENT软件建模并划分网格,模拟其流场分布规律,对三通内的流动特性进行数值计算。通过改变三通结构尺寸,分析影响磨蚀的主要因素,研究结果表明,颗粒对管道的磨蚀跟缓冲区长度有关系,缓冲区长度不能低于管径;水平管上部的漩涡区是无法避免的,可采用一体化耐磨三通,避免颗粒对管壁的磨蚀。 Solid particles had serious abrasion to the blackwater pipe system in the HT-L pulverized coal gasification unit,which affected the safe and stable operation of the unit. Focusing on the blackwater pipeline′ s abrasion failure,tee coupling was taken as the research object. Digital model was established and meshed using FLUENT software. Flow distribution was simulated. Numerical study of the flow in the tee coupling was taken. Main factors influencing the abrasion were analyzed by changing the tee coupling structural dimension. The results indicated that the pipeline′ s abrasion from particles had a relationship with the length of the buffer segment and the length of buffer segment couldn′t be shorter than the pipe diameter.The whirlpool area in the upper horizontal pipe could not be avoided. Integral anti-wear tee couplings could be used to avoid particle abrasion on the pipe wall.
