摘要
分析了焦炉煤气18·30装置的工艺特性,结合该装置变换冷凝液的现状,从技术、经济、处理的可靠性上,探讨了膜法处理工艺、中压汽提处理工艺、部分蒸发处理工艺等工艺的可行性,并对几种变换冷凝液处理方案进行了试验,认为中压汽提处理变换冷凝液工艺合理可行且处理彻底。
The process characteristic of coke oven gas 18·30 unit was analyzed. According to the present situation of 18·30 unit conversion condensate,several treatment schemes of the conversion condensate were discussed in the paper. From the technical,economic and treatment reliability,membrane treatment,medium pressure steam stripping,partial evaporation treatment,and changing supplementary water of urea circulating water into the conversion condensate were discussed. And it was believed that treating the conversion condensate by medium-pressure steam stripping process was reasonable and practical with complete treatment achieved.
