摘要
针对合成氨装置循环水系统水泵运行效率偏低、系统换热分配不均、换热器缺乏定量调整手段等问题,分析了产生原因、制约因素和技术保障,提出了优化改造措施:重新设计更换高效叶轮、合理化级配、优化水量分布、回水富余能量利用等。通过系统优化改造后,循环水泵运行节能率达到17%左右,同时冷却塔冷却效果大幅度提升,管网流阻减小,系统压差增大,运行更加安全稳定。
With reference to problems such as low efficiency of water pump,uneven distribution of heat exchange and the lack of quantitative adjustment of heat exchanger in the circulating water system of synthetic ammonia unit,causes,constraints and technical guarantees were analyzed,and the optimization and renovation measures were proposed,such as redesign of the efficient impeller,rationalization of grading,optimization of water distribution,etc. The energy saving rate of circulating pumps was about 17% through the system optimization. The cooling effect of the cooling tower had been greatly improved. The flow resistance of the pipe was reduced,the system pressure difference was increased,and the operation was more secure and stable.
