摘要
我国钒钛磁铁矿储量丰富,已探明储量98.3亿吨,远景储量达300亿吨。为了更好的利用我国钒钛磁铁矿资源,经过多次实验室试验和工业试验,找到了利用钒钛磁铁矿经熔盐氯化制取粗四氯化钛,再通过蒸馏、精馏得到精四氯化钛,最后通过精镁还原、蒸馏制取海绵钛的生产工艺,用此熔盐氯化法工艺生产的最终产物品质优异。
