摘要
在常规的工业生产过程中,焊接是最常出现的金属连接方式,焊接时相当于对金属进行一定程度的热处理,热处理过后会对金属结构和组织性能产生一定的影响。本文以高强度焊条电弧焊焊缝金属性能为研究对象,设计了相应的试验进行分析,对焊缝金属的化学成分及力学性能进行了深入的分析,然后对焊缝金属的显微组织结合图片进行了详细的说明。最后根据试验结果显示:经过焊接过程后,屈服强度和抗拉强度升高,但冲击韧性降低,显微组织主要由贝氏体和少量粒状贝氏体组成。整体的焊缝金属冲击韧性升高,如果出现断口其断裂为脆性断裂。
In the process of the conventional industrial production, the connection method of welding is one of the most common metal welding when the equivalent to a certain degree of metal heat treatment, heat treatment after will produce certain effect on the metal structure and organization performance. Based on the weld metal of high strength, welding performance as the research object, design the corresponding experiment were analyzed, and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of weld metal has carried on the thorough analysis, then the microstructure of the weld metal combined with a detailed explanation of the picture. According to the experimental results showed that after welding process, the yield strength and tensile strength increases, but the impact toughness is reduced, the microstructure is mainly composed of bainite and a small amount of granular bainite, martensite and austenite group yuan exist in granular and small block, and uniform distribution, omnidirectional, make good weld toughness at low temperature without proeutectoid ferrite. The overall impact toughness of weld metal is reduced, if there is a fracture the fracture is brittle fracture.
