摘要
在现阶段的发展过程中钢材拉伸试验方法的主要依据就是《金属材料室温拉伸试验方法》(GB/T228.1-2010),此标准对于拉伸性能的测定方式进行了明确的规定。在钢材的拉伸实验开展过程中,对于其屈服强度测定的时候会经常存在一定的问题,主要就是因为对于相关标准理解的不同,导致的其实验结果出现各种偏颇问题。屈服强度是钢材关键技术指标,基于《混凝土结构设计规范》的相关设计规定,对于其具体的屈服强度进行了规定,对此可以说钢材的屈服强度直接关系到其整体的质量,对于建筑结构的安全也有着直接的影响。对此本文主要通过对钢材拉伸试验方法与相关问题研究,分析了钢材的屈服强度相关内容。
The main basis for the steel tensile test method in the process of development in the present stage is "tensile test method" (GB/T228.1-2010), this standard has clearly defined the way for determination of tensile properties. In the process of carrying out the tensile test of steel, the yield strength is determined when there is often some problems, mainly because of the different understanding of the relevant standards, the experimental results appear biased. The yield strength of steel is the key technical indicators, based on "concrete structure design specification" of the relevant provisions for the specific design, the yield strength of the rules, it can be said that the yield strength is directly related to the overall quality of steel, for the safety of building structures has direct effect. In this paper, through the steel tensile test method and related problems, the yield strength of steel related content is analyzed.
