摘要
为了获得具有轻量化、低成本和长寿命的高性能结构,需要从选材设计和结构设计两个方面来设计结构。选材设计是从众多材料中选出优质的材料,结构设计是利用拓扑优化的技术设计结构的构型。本文以钛合金结构为设计背景,进行结构的选材和拓扑优化协同设计以获得创新构型,并对创新构型进行性能分析,结果表明:创新构型具有轻量化、低成本和长寿命的特性。
In order to obtain high performance structure with lightweight, low cost and long life, it is necessary to design the structure from two aspects: material selection and structural design. Material selection design is to select high-quality materials from many materials, structural design is the use of topology optimization technology to design the configuration of the structure. Taking the titanium alloy structure as the design background, material selection and topology optimization design for collaborative innovation configuration structure, and performance analysis, the results show that the characteristics of innovation configuration innovation configuration with lightweight, low cost and long service life.
