在役立式液氨储罐腐蚀剩余强度的安全评定 被引量:1

Safety Assessment on Corrosion Residual Strength of Vertical Liquid Ammonia Tank in Service

摘要 对在役立式液氨储罐腐蚀减薄后的强度进行了安全评定。通过对在役立式液氨储罐实际腐蚀情况的监测和测量的数据进行分析,得出储罐上封头和筒体的腐蚀速率为0.10mm/a,下封头的腐蚀速率为0.14mm/a。运用ANSYS Workbench建立有限元分析模型,对液氨储罐腐蚀前后进行了应力数值模拟对比,给出了立式液氨储罐不同时限腐蚀后的应力状态、最大应力值位置和危险截面,并依据JB 4732-1995(2005)对危险截面进行等效线性化分析和准确的应力分类,最后依据标准进行强度评定。结果表明:在设计使用寿命年限内,即使腐蚀情况严重超出预期,液氨储罐的整体强度仍满足使用要求,用常规设计确定的储罐壁厚偏于保守。 Safety assessment on the intensity of corroded vertical liquid ammonia vessel in service was imple- mented. Monitoring its corrosion status and analyzing the measured data show that the corrosion rate of the tank' s upper head and shell is 0.10mm/a with a corrosion rate of 0.14mm/a for the tank' s bottom head. Through making use of ANSYS Workbench to build a finite element analysis model, the numerical analysis and comparison of the stress state of the tank before and after corrosion were implemented to show the stress state, the location of maximum stress and the dangerous section of the tank corroded in different times. Having JB 4732-1995 (2005) code based to analyze dangerous sections equivalently and linearly and to evaluate their strength and to classify the stress there shows that, within the design service life, in spite of the corrosion be- yond the expectation seriously, the whole strength of the tank still meets the requirement and the tank' s wall thickness conventionally designed by rules is conservative.
