1例Rhupus综合征的诊治经过及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 临床资料1 病史回顾女性,71岁。主因＂间断水肿5年,乏力4 月余,尿量减少1月＂于2016年4 月26日入院。5年前发现双下肢水肿,在当地医院查Scr 160μmol/L,余指标不详,诊为慢性肾脏病（CKD）3期,予对症治疗,之后曾间断复查肾功能稳定。4个月余前因＂乏力、口干、眼干＂就诊于外院,
