物流业"散乱差"问题难以有效解决,一个重要原因是物流产业信息服务水平低。将Saa S云服务理论和B2B2T商业模式引入物流产业互联网,探讨Saa S、B2B2T和物流产业互联网信息服务理论耦合,分析其基础支撑信息网络、平台服务信息网络、数据重构信息网络和应用交易信息网络,形成保障物流产业互联网信息服务的合作与竞争机制、信任与评价机制、协同与共享机制、效益与创新机制,构建基于Saa S和B2B2T的物流产业互联网信息服务模型,培养创新型物流人才,推进物流强国建设。

The ＂scattered poor＂ situation of logistics has not been resolved, one of the important reasons is that the logistics industry information service level is low. The SaaS cloud service theory and the B2B2T business model are used in the logistics industry Internet. Information service theo- ry coupling of SaaS, B2B2T and logistics industry Internet are investigated. Meanwhile, the paper analyses basic support information network,plat- form service information network, data reconstruction information network and the application of Interuet trading information network in logistics in- dustry Internet. The mechanisms that ensure the effective service of logistics Interuet are established, such as cooperation and competition mecha- nism, trust and evaluation mechanism, cooperation and benefit sharing mechanism, benefit and innovation mechanism. At last, the Internet informa- tion service model based on SaaS and B2B2T is structured ,cultivate innovative logistics talents and promote the construction of logistics power.
