醒脑静注射液对脑梗死缺氧诱导因子-1α表达的影响

Effect of Xingnaojing injection on the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察醒脑静注射液对脑梗死患者的疗效及对缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-lα)水平的影响。方法:68例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组33例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予醒脑静注射液,疗程均为10 d。治疗前,治疗后3 d、10 d分别进行神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)及检测血清HIF-lα水平。结果:治疗后3 d、10d,治疗组的NIHSS评分较治疗前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组下降更明显,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3 d、10 d两组血清HIF-lα水平均较治疗前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗组比较,对照组下降更明显,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示HIF-lα水平与NIHSS减少值呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液可通过上调血清HIF-lα表达水平保护、治疗缺血脑组织。

AIM： To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on ischemic stroke patients and its impact on the level of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α （HIF-1α）. METHODS ： Sixty-eight cases of ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 35 ） and control group （ n = 33）. Both groups were given regular treatment for 10 days. Patients of treatment group were given additional Xingnaojing injection. Evaluation of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） score and detection of serum HIF-1α level were performed before treatment, 3 days and 10 days after the treatment. RESULTS ： After treatment group on day control group on day 10 treatment, NIHSS scores of 3 and day 10 and those of were statistically lower than those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the treatment group decreased more significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Serum HIF-1α level of both groups on day 3 and day 10 were statistically lower as compared to those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the control group decreased more significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the level of HIF-1α was positively correlated with the decreasing of NIHSS （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： Xingnaojing injection can protect and improve ischemic brain tissues by promoting serum HIF-1α level.
