摘要 水通道蛋白(AQP)是一类能快速转运水的膜整合蛋白,目前发现其在哺乳动物中有13个亚型,不同AQP亚型的分布具有组织、细胞、亚细胞特异性。皮肤上分布的水通道蛋白主要是AQP3。AQP3介导的水、甘油运输对于皮肤功能具有十分重要的意义,它的功能缺陷可导致皮肤干燥、弹性下降和屏障作用减弱等皮肤损伤。 The aquaporin (AQP) is a class of membrane-integrin protein that can transport water rapidly. Thirteen sub-types from the AQPs family have been identified in mammals at present. The distribution of different AQP subtypes have tissue, cell and subcellular specificity. The distribution of aquaporin on the skin is mainly AQP3. AQP3-mediated water, glycerol transport is of great significance for skinbarrier function, its functional defects can lead to dry skin, decreased elasticity , barrier damaged and other skin damage.
