摘要
目的研究黄花油点草的化学成分。方法采用柱硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶,制备薄层色谱等色谱技术分离纯化,波谱数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从黄花油点草中共鉴定了7个化合物,分别为槲皮素(1)、3-甲氧基槲皮素(2)、山柰酚(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、棕榈酸(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、阿魏酸(7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从黄花油点草植物中分离得到。
Objective To determine the chemical constituents of Tricyrtis maculata (D. Don) Machride. Methods Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatographic techniques were used to determine the chemical constituents and the chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data and physicochemical property. Results Seven compounds were obtained and their structures identified as quercetin (1), 3-methoxyquercetin (2), kaempferol (3), β-sitosterol (4), Palmitic acid (5), phydroxybenzoic acid (6), and ferulic acid (7). Conclusion All the compounds have been isolated from the plant for the first time.
