摘要
目的建立ICP-MS法测定黄凡士林中镁、铝、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、汞、铅的含量。方法黄凡士林经微波消解、赶酸后,按照拟定的仪器工作条件,采用ICP-MS法测定黄凡士林中镁、铝、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、汞、铅的含量。结果 11种微量金属元素在各自浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,线性相关系数r均≥0.999;平均回收率在83.06%~118.0%,RSD在2.0%~8.3%,说明本法准确度好。结论本方法准确度高,可用于黄凡士林中镁、铝、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、汞、铅含量的测定。
Objective To determine the content of Mg, Al, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Ge, Hg and Pb in the yellow paraffin. Methods Eleven metallic elements in the yellow paraffin were determined by ICP-MS after the microwave digestion and removing the acid. Results The calibration curves of the 11 trace metallic elements showed good linearity with the correlation r ≥ 0.999. The average recovery of the samples was at 83.06% - 118.0%, RSD was at 2.0% - 8.3%. Conclusion This method can be used to determine the content of metallic elements in the yellow paraffin accurately.
