郑州市不同类型医养结合养老机构老年人孤独感分析

Analysis on loneliness of elder people with different medical-nursing combination mode in Zhengzhou City

目的:探讨不同类型医养结合养老机构老年人孤独感现状及其影响因素。方法:对入住郑州市不同类型医养结合养老机构老年人的孤独感及其相关影响因素进行问卷调查和分析。结果:412名调查对象的孤独感评分为(41.90±7.22),属于一般偏上孤独感。多重线性回归分析结果显示,学历(β=-0.975,P<0.05)、有无医保(β=-1.183,P<0.05)以及ADL评分(β=-0.088,P<0.05)是老年人孤独感的独立影响因素。结论:各养老机构应提供有利于老年人身心健康的服务,从而降低其孤独感,提升其生存质量。

Aim：To investigate the current situation of loneliness as well as its influencing factors of elder people with different medical-nursing model.Methods： The study was carried out on all the old people over 60 years in three institutions adopting the medical-nursing mode in Zhengzhou City.Loneliness and the influencing factors were surveyed and analyzed.Results： A total of 412 elder people were surveyed,and the loneliness score was （41.90±7.22）.The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that higher education level（β=-0.975,P〈0.05）,med-insurance（β=-1.183,P〈0.05）,and ADL score（β=-0.088,P〈0.05） were the influencing factors of the loneliness of elder people.Conclusion： Multi-strategies relating to the elderly as well as the policy should be taken to decrease the loneliness and increase the wellbeing and life quality.
