摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下单纯下鼻道开窗治疗霉菌性上颌窦炎的临床效果、简易性及安全性。方法治疗组按随机原则选取120例霉菌性上颌窦炎患者采用鼻内镜下单纯下鼻道开窗手术治疗;对照组按随机原则选取100例霉菌性上颌窦炎采用鼻内镜下单纯中鼻道开窗手术治疗。跟踪随访1年,观察术后疗效。结果术后随访1年,治疗组痊愈率为100%;对照组治愈率占70%,后经联合下鼻道开窗手术入路治愈。结论治疗霉菌性上颌窦炎鼻内镜下单纯下鼻道开窗术是一种安全、有效、用时短、病变清除彻底的微创治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect,simplicity and safety of endoscopic fenestration in inferior nasal meatus in the treatment of fungal maxillary sinusitis. Methods 120 cases with fungal maxillary sinusitis were randomly selected as treatment group and treated with endoscopic fenestration in inferior nasal meatus. 100 cases were randomly selected as control group and treated with endoscopic fenestration in middle nasal meatus. The curative effect was observed after 1 year＇s follow-up. Results After 1 year＇s follow-up,the cure rate was 100% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group. Conclusion Endoscopic fenestration in inferior nasal meatus is a safety,effective,time saving and less invasive method in the treatment of fungal maxillary sinusitis.
