随着年龄的增长及环境和遗传的相互作用,人群中的耳聋患病率越来越高。根据2006年第二次残疾人抽样调查报告,我国听力残疾者有2780万人,占残疾人总数的33.51%,其中0~6岁听障儿童达13.9万,每年新生聋儿2~3万。我国2008~2010年先天性听力障碍发生率分别为1.99%、2.15%、2.19%,呈逐年上升的趋势。面对如此庞大且越来越多的听障儿童,我们必须采取相应的措施及方法提高大家对听力障碍的基本认识,以及预防更多听力障碍儿童的出生。因此加大耳聋基因在临床的检测,让人们充分的认识耳聋基因检测在临床的重要性显得尤为的重要,本文将从耳聋基因在临床推广的重要性和方法两个方面阐述。

Along with the growth of the age,and the environmental and genetic interactions,the prevalence of deafness is getting higher and higher. According to the second disability sampling survey report in 2006,there was 27.8 million hearing disability in our country,representing 33.51% of the total number of persons with disabilities. There was 139000 hearing impairment children with age 0~6 years old,20 to 30 thousand newborn children every year. The incidence rate of congenital hearing impairment in China was 1.99%,2.15% and 2.19% in 2008~2010 years,which is increasing year by year. Faced with such a large and growing number of hearing-impaired children,we must take appropriate measures and methods to improve our basic understanding of hearing impairment,and prevent the birth of children with hearing impairment. Therefore increasing clinical detection of deafness genes,and let people fully understanding clinical importance of genetic testing for deafness is particularly important.
