摘要
异位甲状腺组织是一种罕见的胚胎发育缺陷引起的疾病,因大多数缺乏典型临床症状,且发病率极低,因而容易误诊、误治。本文回顾性总结1例舌根异位甲状腺肿的临床资料,并加以文献复习,加强对异位甲状腺的认识,从而提高诊断准确性,减少误诊、误治。
Ectopic thyroid tissue is a rare entity resulting from developmental defects at early stages of thyroidgland embryogenesis,Because of lack of typical clinical symptoms and its low incidence,it＇s easily misdiagnosed,This article summarized retrospectively the clinical data of 1 case of tongue base ectopic thyroid and review the literaturet To strengthen the understanding of ectopic thyroid,to improve the accuracy of diagnosis,and to reduce the misdiagnosis and disease.
