摘要
基于问卷调查数据和访谈内容,采用主层次分析方法分析了完全学分制下大学生选课行为的影响因素和规律。研究发现,影响大学生选课行为包括“教学因素”、“课程因素”、“教师因素”和“学生因素”4个方面。其中教学因素中的教学方法、教学态度、教学风格和教学内容是影响大学生选课行为的首要标准;教师的实践经验、学生的兴趣爱好、接受能力、就业考验和知识结构需求都是影响大学生选课行为的重要指标。
Based on the data of questionnaire and interview, this paper analyzes the influencing factors and rules of College Stu- dents' elective course under the complete credit system by using the method of the main analysis. The study found that the im- pact of College Students" elective behavior includes 4 aspects : "teaching factors", "curriculum factors", "teachers" and "student factors". The teaching method, these factors in the teaching attitude, teaching style and teaching content is the primary standard of student course selection behavior; the practical experience of teachers, students" interest, ability to accept employment, test and knowledge structure of demand is an important index of the course for college students.
