摘要
[目的]探讨风险管理预防消化内科住院患者自杀事件发生的实践及效果。[方法]对2011-01—2013-12期间住院患者采用常规预防自杀管理(常规管理组),2014-01—2016-12期间住院患者采用预防自杀风险管理(风险管理组)。比较2组护士预防住院患者自杀综合能力、患者自杀率。[结果]与常规管理组相比,风险管理组护士预防住院患者自杀综合能力考核成绩上升为(80.95±5.30)分(P<0.01)、患者自杀率下降至0.13‰(P<0.01),2组比较均差异有统计学意义。[结论]实施预防自杀风险管理,可明显降低消化内科住院患者自杀率,提高护理质量,保障患者安全。
[Objective]To explore the effects of a risk-management program on preventing inpatient' sui- cide. [Methods]Conventional suicide prevention strategies were used for patients hospitalized from Jan 2011 to Dec 2013. A suicide risk-management program was used for patients hospitalized from Jan 2014 to Dec 2016. The nurses' general ability on preventing inpatient' suicide, the incidence rates of inpatient' suicide were compared between the two programs. [Results]By using the suicide risk-management program, the test scores of nurses'general ability were increased more than that in conventional stralegies(P〈0.05) ,the incidence rates of inpatient' suicide were reduced (P〈0. 01). [Conclusion] The risk-management program can significantly decrease the incidence of inpatients ' suicide, improve the quality of care and ensure the safety of patients.
