个案护理管理运用于棕榈酸帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of individual case nursing management on palmitic acid paliperidone to cure schizophrenia patient

目的 探讨个案护理管理运用于棕榈酸帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症患者中的临床效果.方法 选取2015年2月～2016年2月在该院接受治疗的精神分裂症患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各49例.两组患者均应用棕榈酸帕利哌酮治疗,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者给予个案护理管理.观察两组患者PSP评分、PANSS评分、MARS评分的变化.结果 两组治疗前PANSS评分相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组治疗后4、8、16、24、36、48周的PANSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组治疗前PSP评分相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组治疗后4、8、16、24、36、48周的PSP评分与MARS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 个案护理管理运用于棕榈酸帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症患者中效果显著,可以显著减轻患者临床症状,改善患者社会功能,提高患者治疗依从性.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individual case nursing management on palmitic acid paliperidone to cure schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 98 schizophrenia patients received from February,2015 to February,2016 for treatment in this hospital were selected as research objects,which were divided into two groups where there were 49 cases each.The patients of the two groups applied palmitic acid paliperidone to cure.The patients of the control group received usual care,and individual case nursing management was given to the patients of the observation group.The PSP scoring,PANSS scoring and MARS scoring changes of patients in both groups were observed.Results With regard to the PANSS score comparison of both groups before treatment,the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.4, 8, 16, 24, 36 and 48 weeks after treatment,the PANSS score of the observation group was inferior to the control group（P〈0.05）.With regard to the PSP scoring comparison of both groups before treatment, the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.4, 8, 16, 24, 36 and 48 weeks after treatment,the PSP score and MARS score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The effect of individual case nursing management on palmitic acid paliperidone to cure schizophrenia patients is significance,which can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms,improve social function and improve treatment compliance for the patients.
