子宫腺肌病内膜-肌层界面MMP-7的表达及其与痛经、贫血的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-7在子宫腺肌病患者内膜-肌层界面(EMI)的表达及其与患者痛经、贫血的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对60例子宫腺肌病(实验组)和60例对照组患者的EMI及深肌层分别进行MMP-7组织标记,并对其与患者痛经、贫血的关系进行分析。结果实验组EMI处MMP-7的表达显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为8.798、8.518,均P<0.05);实验组MMP-7的表达强度在增殖期和分泌期均高于深肌层,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为8.410、9.552,均P<0.05)。在子宫腺肌病患者EM I处M M P-7的高表达与患者痛经及贫血均存在正相关关系(r值分别为0.319、0.271,均P<0.05)。结论 M M P-7在子宫内膜-肌层界面参\与了子宫腺肌病的发生和发展,并与痛经的发生、贫血密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase( MMP)-7 in endometrial-myometrial interface( EMI) of adenomyosis and its correlation with dysmenorrhea and anemia. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was adopted to determine the expression of MMP-7 in EMI and deep myometrium of 60 cases of adenomyosis( adenomyosis group) and 60 cases of control subjects,and the relationship between it and the pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea and anemia was analyzed. Results The expression level of MMP-7 in EMI was significantly higher in adenomyosis group than in control group( χ^2value was 8. 798 and 8. 518,respectively,both P〈 0. 05). In adenomyosis group the intensity of MMP-7 was also higher in EMI than in deep myometrium both in proliferative phase and secretory phase( P〈 0. 05),and the differences were statistically significant( χ^2value was 8. 410 and 9. 552,respectively,both P〈 0. 05).Dysmenorrhea and anemia were positively correlated with the high expression of MMP-7 in EMI of cases of adenomyosis( r value was 0. 319 and 0. 271,respectively,both P〈 0. 05). Conclusion MMP-7 in EMI might participate the pathogenesis of adenomyosis,and it is closely correlated with dysmenorrhea and anemia.
