摘要
存量数据整合是规范开展不动产登记的基础保障。面对我省各类不动产登记数据标准不一、时间跨度大、质量参差不齐和信息化程度低的现状。在省内钟山区、碧江区和绥阳县开展了不动产登记存量数据整合试点,探索形成了符合贵州实际的可复制、可推广的数据整合技术路线。
The stocked data integration is the basic guarantee for the registration of real estate. Facing to the challenge of the status quo in our province such as all kinds of real estate registration data standards are not uniform, time interval, uneven quality and low degree of information, The Guizhou Real Estate Registration Center has unfold the stocked data integration pilot of real estate registration in the area of Zhongshan District, Bijiang District and Suiyang County inside of the province in order to explore and form the data integration technology line which can be copied and promoted in aceordanee with the reality of Guizhou.
