摘要
本文研究了智慧政务门户网站框架模型、一站式服务流程模型、一站式服务内容模型、数据开放模型等,结合目前大数据、"互联网+服务"等新技术,通过研究智慧政务门户服务流程、服务内容、数据开放等方面,指明了智慧政务门户网上服务质量的改善方向。
This paper studies the framework of smart website portal at the government affairs, the one-stop service process model, + service" and the one-stop service content model and open data model. Combined with the current large data, "Internet other new technologies, this paper points out the improvement direction of the quality of service on the online service of the smart government portal by studying the process, content and data opening of the government smart portal service.
