小剂量喹硫平联合齐拉西酮对女性精神分裂症患者的疗效及体质量、血清泌乳素水平的变化观察

Low dose quetiapine and ziprasidone for women schizophrenia :the impact on treatment effect,body quality and serum prolactin

目的研究小剂量喹硫平联合齐拉西酮对女性精神分裂症患者的疗效及体质量、血清泌乳素水平作用效果。方法选取2014年6月至2016年7月在我院接受治疗的精神分裂症女性患者84例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各42例。对照组患者给予齐拉西酮治疗,观察组则给予小剂量喹硫平联合齐拉西酮治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%(39/42),显著高于对照组的76.19%(32/42)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组PANSS评分及CGI评分均显著低于治疗前,而观察组又显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组TESS评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗前两组体质量、泌乳素比较无显著差异(均P>0.05),治疗后两组患者体质量、泌乳素较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),治疗后两组体质量、泌乳素比较无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论小剂量喹硫平联合齐拉西酮治疗女性精神分裂症显著提高临床疗效,但可致血清泌乳素和体质量增高,应给予有效干预。

Objective To explore the impact of low dose quetiapine and ziprasidone on treatment effect,body quality and serum prolactin in women with schizophrenia. Methods From June 2014 to July 2016,84 women patients with schizophrenia in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group. The control group were treated with ziprasidone,the observation group were treated with a low dose of quetiapine combined with ziprasidone. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%（39/42）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（32/42）（P〈0.05）. At post treatment,the PANSS score and CGI score were significantly lower than that of before treatment in both groups,and the PANSS score and CGI score in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（all P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in TESS scores between the two groups before treatment,and there was no significant difference in TESS scores between the two groups after treatment（mean P〈0.05）. Before treatment,there was no group difference for the body weight and serum prolactin（P〈0.05）. At post treatment,the body weight and serumprolactin were significantly higher than those before treatment in both groups（P〈0.05）. At post treatment,there was no group difference for body weight and prolactin between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low dose of quetiapine combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of female schizophrenia can improve the treatment effect,but it can cause increased serum prolactin and body weight,which need effective intervention to control these side effects.
