彝族和汉族酒精所致精神障碍患者的临床特点分析

A comparative study of symptoms characteristics between Yi and Han nationality patients with alcohol induced mental disorders

目的分析彝族和汉族酒精所致精神障碍患者的症状特点。方法选取我院接诊的酒精所致精神障碍患者72例,纳入时间为2013年6月至2016年10月。其中彝族患者36例为观察组,汉族患者36例为对照组,比较患者的一般资料,采用SCL-90自评量表评估精神症状程度。结果两组患者在年龄、病程、教育年限、饮酒年限上无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者的焦虑(1.49±0.50)、抑郁(1.49±0.50)、偏执(1.51±0.59)、敌意(1.50±0.42)评分方面均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酒精所致精神障碍患者的民族不同,临床症状特点也稍有不同,提示医师在诊疗过程中应加以注意。

Objective To analyze the symptoms characteristics between Yi and Han nationality patients with alcohol induced mental disorders. Methods 72 patients with mental disorders due to alcoholism were selected from our hospital,36 Yi nationality patients were selected as the observation group,and the control group was Han nationality. The severity of psychiatric symptoms of all patients was assessed by SCL-90. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease,education and drinking age（P〈0.05）. The scores anxiety（1.49±0.50）,depression（1.49±0.50）,paranoid（1.51±0.59）,hostility（1.50±0.42）of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Yi and Han nationality patients with alcohol induced mental disorder had different symptoms characteristics,which should be noted in clinical work.
