摘要
案例教学方法具有增加互动、加深理解、提高分析和解决问题的能力等优点,但也存在许多缺陷和局限性,尤其在我国现阶段基础医学教学中还存在许多问题,如果利用不好会影响整体教学效果.本文详细分析了案例教学方法与传统教学方法的特点及其优缺点,以期为我国现阶段案例教学方法在基础医学教学中的合理应用提供参考.
Case teaching,as a teaching method,can increase bilateral exchanges,deepen comprehension,and improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems,etc.However,case teaching method also has many defects and limitations,especially at the five-year medical basic medical teaching in the present stage in China.It will affect the all teaching plan and aim if the case teaching method is used unsuitable.In this paper,through the analysis of the features,advantages and disadvantages of case teaching and traditional teaching methods in detail,in order to provide some ideas and suggestions for reasonable application of case teaching method in teaching in basic medical at present stage in China.
