背部经穴透刺对背肌筋膜炎近期及远期疗效的临床评价

Short-term and Long-term Curative Effects of Point-to-point Acupuncture for Back Myofascitis

目的:观察背部经穴透刺治疗背肌筋膜炎的近期及远期临床疗效。方法:将64例背肌筋膜炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组予布洛芬咀嚼片,0.2g/次,2次/天,观察组在背部疼痛处取膀胱经背俞穴及同水平的夹脊穴从上而下透刺,并结合电针治疗,1次/天,1周6次。两组疗程均为2周。观察治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及简体中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数(SC-ODI)评分,并评价临床疗效,于治疗结束3个月之后进行随访。结果:观察组治疗结束后及随访时的临床疗效总有效率分别为93.8%与90.6%,高于对照组的75%与65.6%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后及随访时两组患者VAS评分及SC-ODI评分较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间治疗后同一时间点比较,观察组下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:背部经穴透刺治疗能减轻背肌筋膜炎患者疼痛,改善患者背部功能活动,具有良好的近期及远期疗效。

Objective： To observe the short-term and long-term curative effects of point-to-point acupuncture for back myofascitis. Methods： 64 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to a random digits table,with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given Ibuprofen（ 0. 2 g,twice a day）,the observation group was given point-to-point acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture（ once a day and six days per week）; the chosen points were the back-shu points around local pain areas,which right down through the first line of the Bladder meridian and the Jiaji points of the corresponding levels. The two groups were treated for two weeks. The visual analogue scale（ VAS） and simplified Chinese version of Oswestry dysfunction index（ SC-ODI） score were recorded and analyzed comparatively,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated,then follow-up visit was conducted three months after treatment.Results： For the observation group,the total effective rate was 93. 8% after treatment and 90. 6% at follow-up,which were significantly higher than those（ 75. 0%,65. 6%） of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）; after the therapy and at follow-up,the VAS score and SC-ODI score were significantly lower than those of pre-treatment in the same group（ P〈 0. 05）,of which the observation group were remarkably lower than those of the control group at the same time point after treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Point-to-point acupuncture at back acupoints can alleviate back pain and improve back mobility of the patients with back myofascitis,which has good short-term and long-term curative effects.
