研究"从脾论治"理论与治疗儿童腺样体肥大的内在联系。通过查阅CNKI、万方数据库,研究儿童腺样体肥大发病机制、临床表现以及综合治疗、"从脾论鼻"的古籍研究及理论进展,分析"从脾论治"与治疗儿童腺样体肥大的相关性。发现"鼻"与"脾"关系紧密,儿童腺样体肥大的发病及临床症状表现与"脾"功能紧密相关,在临床施治中,以"从脾论治"治则的内外治法取得肯定的疗效。

To study of the relationship between the theory of ＂treated from spleen＂ and the treatment of adenoids hypertrophy in children. Refer to CNKI and Wan-fang database to study the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, treatment of adenoids hypertrophy in children, and the research and development of the ancient books on treated from spleen, and to analysis the correlation between treated from spleen and the treatment of adenoids hypertrophy in children. Found the close relationship between ＂nose＂ and ＂spleen＂ , the incidence and clinical symptoms of adenoids hypertrophy in children is closely related to the function of spleen. In the clinical treatment, treated from spleen to the intemal and external treatment had obtained a positive effect.
