从“脏”辨证论治儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍研究进展

Research progress of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder by viscera syndrome differentiation

目的从中医脏腑辨证理论对儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍(Attention Defi cit Hyperactivity Disorder,ADHD)的病因病机及治法方药进行总结,阐述近五年研究进展。方法通过中国知网、维普及万方数据库进行文献检索,引用2010-2016年的38篇文献进行论述。结果儿童注意力缺陷与心肝脾肾四脏关系密切,通过临床脏腑辨证选方用药可减轻患儿多动症状,提高注意力。结论中药治疗儿童注意力缺陷多动障碍安全有效,在改善临床症状方面作用明显,但目前中医尚缺乏对于本病的脏腑辨治及方药的统一共识,有待进一步研究规范化诊疗。

Objective To summarize the treatment and prescriptions of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory and describe the progress in nearly five years. Methods Discuss the 38 articles indexing from CNKI, Wanfang Database and VIP Database （2010-2016）. Results ADHD is closely related to heart, liver, spleen and kidney. Using the prescriptions according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory can relieve hyperactivity and improve attention. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ADHD is safe and effective, improving the clinical symptoms is obviously. But it is still lack of the uniform consensus of the viscera syndrome differentiation and prescriptions for children with ADHD. It is necessary to further research the standardized diagnosis and treatment plan.
