关于共青团“枢纽型”社会组织建设的思考——基于广东省青年社会组织的调研

Reflection on Constructing Key Social Organizations Led by CPC Youth League —— Survey of Social Youth Organizations in Guangdong Province

青年社会组织迅猛发展和共青团改革的时代背景提出了建设共青团"枢纽型"社会组织的需求。文章基于对广东省青年社会组织的调研,深入分析了青年社会组织的发展现状以及青年社会组织对于共青团管理的意见,从而提出以下思考:建设共青团"枢纽型"社会组织需要共青团自身去行政化,搭建青年社会组织资源配置平台,形成组织管理的长效机制,打造一体化互联网平台,建设智慧型共青团。

Youth Social organizations are now developing rapidly, and the reform of Youth League of Chinese Party of Communism(CPC) is under way, thus it is imperative to construct key social organizations. This paper documents an empirical study on Guangdong Province, and analyzes the current situation of these organizations. The paper then reviews comments on the management of CPC youth leagues and proposes approaches to building up the key social organizations. Firstly, the youth league shall be de-administrated. Secondly, a platform shall be set up to allocate resources of social organizations. Thirdly, an effective long-term mechanism shall be erected. Fourthly and lastly, an all-in-one network shall be developed. Thus, an intelligent youth league would come into being.
