随着科学技术的进步,内镜技术在临床实践中取得了令人瞩目的进展,使疾病的诊断和治疗变得更为简便准确,但由内镜导致的医院感染暴发时有发生,分析其主要原因是清洗消毒不严格,导致寄居于内镜及附件上的致病菌侵入患者而发生感染,已成为医学界、患者和社会媒体关注的问题,为此,各国纷纷制订内镜清洗消毒操作指南。本文详细介绍了我国《软式内镜清洗消毒技术规范》(WS507-2016)编制任务来源、规范主要内容的编写依据及说明、标准的可行性与实施建议等,并对规范宣传贯彻执行中常见的问题进行说明。

With the advance of science and technology, the endoscopic technique has achieved remarkable progress in clinical practice, which contributes to more simple and accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases. However, the endoscope-induced nosocomial infection outbroke occasionally and is mainly attributed to the unthorough clean- ing and disinfection, which results in the invasion of pathogens that populated on the endoscopes and their accesso- ries into the patients, it has become a issue that attracts the concern of the medical field, patients and social media. Therefore, the operation guidelines for cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes are formulated worldwide. This ar ticle explains the Chinese ＂Technical regulations for cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes＂ （WS507- 2016） in detail by interpreting the drafting task sources, compiling evidence of key contents and illustrations, fea- sibility of criteria and implementation proposals and illustrates the common problems during the propaganda and implementation of the ＂Technical regulation＇.
